With the Praxedo Analytics module, field service managers can take action based on real-time KPI monitoring.
Dispatchers can use the Praxedo Analytics module to track the performance of offices and field personnel, as well as improve the quality of field operations.
The Praxedo Analytics module reports on the following KPIs:
- Number of completed work orders
- Number of work orders following initial scheduling time: This ensures capacity to meet SLA
- Actual time to complete a work order compared to the estimated time per work order type
- Percentage of work orders that met Guaranteed Restoration Time: Allows field service managers to monitor and improve contractual commitments with customers
- Percentage of work orders that occurred at the appointment time
In addition, the Praxedo Cockpit module gives field service managers a snapshot of what’s happening in the field at any given moment so they can take immediate action to maintain the level of service quality.
